Artistic collaboration
For MONA Watches, creation is personal. We hand paint and stamp print all of our watch faces. So we team up with artists to imagine new worlds for our watches was a no-brainer.

We've teamed up with the Bordeaux-based artist duo to offer a brand-new dial in brushed brass and two superimposed colors, reminiscent of their monumental 150-square-meter fresco in Le Locle, Switzerland. The work is part of Unesco's 10th anniversary celebrations. The two artists used stencils and spray paint to create the fresco. They then finished it off with a brush. The painting evokes the history of time and its mastery. But it also blends a metaphysical and religious touch.
Here, we've decided to miniaturize this work and put it on a watch dial. Why did we do this? Because we knew it would be gorgeous!

The dial is handmade by MONA and the watch is assembled in our workshop in Bordeaux.
