Warranty & Repair
All MONA watches are guaranteed for 2 years.
Your watch will be delivered with the warranty card. It is imperative to keep it.
The warranty does not cover bracelets or problems caused by a shock or a fall.

Here, we must take care of our watch, so it will be with us for a long time!
On a daily basis, you should avoid exposing your watch to shocks or too much rough movement.
But that's in a perfect world. In real life, your watch is made to share the same memories as you. At worst, our watches are designed so that any watchmaker can repair it, anywhere.
On watches with Quartz movement, the battery change has to be done about every 2 years. When you start noticing a delay, it's time to take care of it.
The easiest way to change your battery is to go to
by a classic watchmaker.
If your MONA is from the NEVCO range, it will be easier if
the watchmaker in question has a micro-shock case opener for a pressure back.
Shipping & Delivery
Don't worry, it happens. But contact us very quickly so that we can change this before your order is shipped.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.
First of all, don't hesitate to check that the email didn't go into your spams, we never know.
Then, log in to your account and check the email address you entered in "Account Information".
Finally, from your account, look in the "Orders" tab if your order has been registered.
If you still can't find the confirmation email, please contact our customer service who will do their best to help you.
The delivery for France is offered from 100€ of purchase, for the countries of the EU count 15€ for the delivery and 22€ except E.U.
Products in stock are shipped within 2 working days max. And delivery is between 1 day (for express orders) and 3 days on average for standard deliveries.
As a reminder, the watches of the Heritage range are assembled to order only. So you have to add a few days (between 2 and 4) of processing to give time to the experts' hands to prepare this beauty.
From the moment you receive your items, you have 14 days to contact us and make a return request. To do this, go to your account where you will be able to fill out a return form. Once the request has been sent and received by our team, you will receive all the necessary instructions to return your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product(s) show signs of wear.

The 3 times payment is now available on our website. To benefit from it, the amount of your order must be greater than or equal to 200€ and it is not necessary to subscribe to a contract or to a consumer credit organization.
If your purchase is eligible, simply select this payment method on our site.
The amount of your order will be divided into 3 equal monthly payments: the first one will be taken on the same day of the purchase and the other two on the same day, the following 2 months.
