Your orders are shipped the same day or the next day at the latest. Except for watches from the HERITAGE range which are assembled to order, a period of 2 to 5 days is to be counted for the assembly of your future watch.
Delivery times are approximately 2 or 3 days depending on the destination address.
The maximum delivery time is 10 working days maximum for Europe / World deliveries from the order on the site.
Packages are delivered by Colissimo (La Poste) or, in some cases, by an express carrier to the address indicated when ordering.
No costs are to be expected if you wish to make an exchange or return your order. Once your return or exchange request has been made on our contact page and subject to acceptance by our team, a prepaid slip will be provided to you to complete the shipment.
